RESTRICTIONS
You must not:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful activities or purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its server, or any server, computer, or database connected to it.
- Interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the Platform, its Content, or any related equipment, network, software, or systems used to provide the Platform or its Content.
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any malicious or harmful materials to the Platform.
- Impersonate any individual while using the Platform.
- Conduct yourself in a vulgar, offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable manner while using the Platform.
- Use the Platform to send unsolicited advertisements or spam.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its Content for commercial purposes.
- Use manual methods or automated tools, such as software, devices, scripts, bots, or crawlers, to scrape the Platform or its Content, or to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory from it, or bypass any exclusions or restrictions set by the Platform.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform or its Content.
Any violations of these restrictions will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and we will cooperate with them by sharing your identity as required.
ACCOUNT CREATION
While you can browse the Platform as a guest, you will need to create an account (“Account”) to access certain features. When registering for an Account, you will be prompted to provide specific information about yourself.
Accurate and Updated Information
If you create an Account, ensure that all registration information is truthful and accurate. If any of the information becomes inaccurate, untruthful, or incomplete, you are responsible for updating it to keep it accurate.
Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your Account, you can request this by emailing info@aytekcorp.com.
Responsibility for Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login details, including your password. You are also accountable for all activities that occur under your Account.
Unauthorized Use of Your Account
If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or a security breach, you should inform us immediately.
Privacy
All information you provide during Account creation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
PAID SERVICES
Aytek may offer paid services on the Platform from time to time (“Paid Service”). For instance, you may opt to pay a fee to have your Listing featured more prominently in search results on the Platform.
By using any Paid Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Any fee paid for a Paid Service is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Paid Services are provided for your convenience but do not guarantee the success of your Listing or ensure a minimum number of leads for it.
LISTINGS
The Platform allows users wishing to sell an item or service (the “Seller”) to advertise it (each a “Listing”) to other users. Interested users (the “Buyer”) can contact the Seller through the Listing to make an offer.
If you are a Seller, you must:
- Be legally authorized to sell the item or service on the Platform.
- Be the legal owner or authorized to sell or provide the item or service in the Listing.
- Ensure your Listing complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Provide a complete and accurate description of the item or service in your Listing.
- Include only one item or service per Listing; multiple items or services should not be sold in a single Listing.
- Avoid posting Listings in inappropriate categories or areas.
- Not post Listings for counterfeit items or items that infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
- Not act as a third-party agent or intermediary offering to post Listings on behalf of others.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your Listing.
- Act lawfully and in good faith when dealing with Buyers.
If you are a Buyer, you must:
- Be legally permitted to purchase the item or service through the Platform.
- Act lawfully and in good faith when dealing with Sellers.
You are responsible for verifying the information before publishing the Listing. Aytek is not liable for any issues arising from the use of this feature.
AYTEK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LISTINGS
You acknowledge and agree that Aytek is not obligated to monitor, approve, or moderate Listings or their content. We are not responsible for any Listings posted on the Platform.
When purchasing an item or service via the Platform, you are buying it directly from the user who posted the Listing, without Aytek’s involvement.
While Aytek is not responsible for Listings, we reserve the right to monitor them and remove any Listing that, in our sole judgment, violates these Terms of Use (including the Acceptable Use Policy).
REVIEWS AND RATINGS
Aytek allows users to rate and review their interactions with other users of the Platform and enables users to respond to any ratings or reviews they receive (each a “Review”). The goal of Reviews is to foster trust, transparency, and a respectful community on the Platform.
All Reviews posted on the Platform must fully comply with these Terms of Use and our Acceptable Use Policy. Additionally, Reviews must:
- Be factual, accurate, and reflect the genuine opinion of the reviewer.
- Be based on the reviewer’s actual experience, not personal bias or unrelated factors.
- Not be defamatory, malicious, obscene, or inflammatory.
By submitting a Review on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that the views and opinions expressed are solely your own.
Reviews are not endorsed by Aytek and do not reflect our views or opinions. Aytek is not liable for any Review posted on the Platform. The reviewer holds all responsibility and liability for their Review.
Although Aytek is not responsible for Reviews, we reserve the right to monitor them and remove any Review that, in our judgment, violates these Terms of Use (including the Acceptable Use Policy).
UPLOADING CONTENT TO THE PLATFORM
Any content you upload to the Platform, including as part of a Listing, will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
While you retain ownership of your content, you grant Aytek and other users of the Platform a limited license to use, store, copy, distribute, and make that content available to third parties. Specifically, you grant Aytek a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, display, and perform your content in connection with the services offered on the Platform and for promotional purposes.
You are fully responsible for securing and backing up your content.
We reserve the right to disclose your identity to any third party who claims that content you’ve posted or uploaded to the Platform infringes on their intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
Aytek also reserves the right to remove any content you upload to the Platform, with or without notice, if we determine, at our sole discretion, that it violates these Terms of Use (including the Acceptable Use Policy).
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
When using any feature that allows you to upload content to the Platform or interact with other users, you must adhere to the standards outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy.
You guarantee that any content you upload complies with these standards, and you are responsible for any violation of this guarantee. This means you will be liable for any loss or damage we incur as a result of your breach of this warranty.
PROCESSING PAYMENTS
In certain situations, we may collect payments from you through the Platform (such as when you opt to purchase Paid Services).
By providing your payment details at checkout, you authorize us (through our selected payment processor) to charge your payment method for the amount displayed.
We are not responsible for any losses you may incur if the payment method you use does not have sufficient funds to cover the full payment amount.
OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
We do not intend to exclude or limit our liability to you in any way where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to the above, our liability to you is limited as follows:
If you are using the Platform for business or commercial purposes: We provide the Platform and its Content on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations, or terms that may apply to the Platform or any Content. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use, or inability to use, the Platform, or your reliance on any Content. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, goodwill, reputation, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages.
If you are using the Platform for personal use: You acknowledge that the Platform is provided for domestic and private use only. We do not guarantee the Platform’s availability or that it will be error-free or suitable for any specific purpose. We are not liable for any loss of profit, business, interruption, or opportunity. If we fail to meet these Terms of Use, we are only responsible for foreseeable losses that arise directly from our breach or lack of reasonable care.
In no event will our liability to you, in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms of Use, exceed the higher of:
(i) the amount you paid for the Paid Service related to the dispute or claim (if any), or
(ii) one thousand UAE Dirhams (AED 1,000).
BREACH OF THESE TERMS OF USE
If, in our sole judgment, we determine that you have breached any part of these Terms of Use, we may take any action we deem necessary, including but not limited to suspending or withdrawing your access to the Platform or its Content, closing your Account, and/or pursuing legal action against you.
REPORTING ILLEGAL OR INFRINGING CONTENT
If you encounter any Content on the Platform that you believe to be illegal, please notify us immediately at info@aytekcorp.com, providing full details of the illegal Content.
If you are the owner of intellectual property rights, or an authorized agent acting on behalf of the rights owner, and you believe any Content infringes upon your intellectual property rights or those of the owner you represent, please contact Aytek at info@aytekcorp.com with complete details of the alleged infringement. We will make reasonable efforts to remove any infringing Content from the Platform in a timely manner.
GENERAL
Links to third-party websites or content:
If the Platform includes links to other websites or third-party content (such as Listings), these are provided for your convenience and information only. We do not endorse these websites or the content they offer, and we have no control over their contents. We disclaim all responsibility in this regard.
Rules about linking to the Platform:
You are allowed to link to any page of the Platform or specific content, as long as it is done in a fair and legal manner, without damaging our reputation or exploiting it. The Platform should not be framed on another website, and you must not link in a way that implies a false association, approval, or endorsement from us. We reserve the right to remove the linking permission at any time without notice.

We are not responsible for viruses:
We do not guarantee that the Platform or its Content is secure or free from bugs or viruses. It is your responsibility to configure your device securely to access the Platform and its content, and to use your own virus protection software.
We are not liable for events beyond our control:
We are not responsible for delays or failures in fulfilling our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, also known as a “Force Majeure Event”. Such events include acts, omissions, or accidents beyond our control. Our performance is suspended during a Force Majeure Event, and we will take reasonable steps to resolve the situation.
Other agreements between you and Aytek:
If you have entered into other agreements with Aytek or its affiliates, these Terms of Use apply in addition to those agreements. In the case of conflicting terms, the provisions of these Terms of Use will take precedence.
We may transfer our rights and obligations:
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to another organization. We will notify you of such a transfer, and ensure that your rights are not affected.
No third-party rights under these Terms:
These Terms of Use are between you and Aytek only. No other person can enforce or rely on any provisions of these Terms.
Delays in enforcing rights:
If we delay in enforcing our rights under these Terms of Use, we can still enforce them later. A delay does not prevent us from taking action at a later time.
Severability:
If any part of these Terms is found to be illegal, the rest will remain in force. Each section operates independently.
Accessing the Platform from other territories:
The Platform is intended for use in certain territories. We cannot guarantee the appropriateness or availability of the content in other locations, and we are not responsible for ensuring the Platform complies with laws in regions where it is not specifically available.
Language:
If these Terms of Use are translated into another language and there is a discrepancy, the English version will prevail to the extent permitted by law.
Dispute resolution:
We encourage you to contact us first if you have a dispute, by emailing info@aytekcorp.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”). You irrevocably agree that the DIFC courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of the Platform or these Terms.
